Hillfest at Northview

Josh, dad, and Makenna did a great job running the 5K. I think Makenna looks a little too relaxed to be in a race! This is serious business Makenna.
The family put in quite a showing with Josh finishing first in his age group and dad & Makenna second in theirs!
Kai was trying to figure out what was going on, where did all these people come from, and why is there a ferris wheel at church?.
Makenna didn't care why it was there, she just knew it was a fun time and wouldn't mind playing in an inflatable castle every Sunday after church! Notice Kristi's growing belly on the side - only 5 more weeks!

Macy's First Day of Preschool

Our big girl started preschool one day a week today from 9:15 to 1:15. It is a class with 5 other students and two teachers at a church close by. Her and I both shed a few tears when I dropped her off, but she was all smiles and said, "mommy I had fun" when I picked her up and wanted to go back the next day. I can't believe she's almost three! How fast time has gone.
