Sweetest little boy

Kai is doing great. He is so sweet but his sisters have taught him a thing or two about having a temper and throwing fits, and he's a fast learner! He also has five little teeth in already - way ahead of the normal one year before any teeth that we're used to! Look at that cute face :) He loves playing with his soccer and footballs and already has a pretty good arm, much to his daddy's delight. Now if he could start swinging a golf club!
He has become quite the little crawler, starting with a funny army crawl and moving on to the real thing. And now, he's into everything!

Bye bye house!

We felt like it was time to move on out of our house, so after lots of preparation and work to make it as marketable as possible, we put our house on the market and 6 days later it was sold!! What a blessing because getting out of the house with the kids, and leaving it clean, was not easy, as I know all of you who have sold or are selling a house with kids know very well. And, we bought a great new house that went on the market the next day! We were praying for timing for the whole thing and I'm pretty sure that would be called an "answer to prayer!" Praise God
